My Drugstore Starter Kit
For over a year I’ve been compiling my favourite products from the Drugstore/High Street to get an affordable, yet good quality, full makeup look, from foundation all the way to lipstick. But until last month, I was still searching for the last 2 pieces of the puzzle – a great affordable foundation and a good powder for dry skin! October was a productive ‘drugstore makeup’ month, as I finally found what I was looking for!
Now, I bring to you the creme de la creme of the drugstore in my humble opinion, or as I like to call it, My Drugstore Starter Kit :) If you’re just starting out with makeup and want to buy yourself a full kit that won’t break the bank, then look no further! On this video I will share with you my favourite foundation, concealer, powder, blush, bronzer, eyebrow pencil, eye shadows, eyeliner, mascara, lip products and lipgloss.

Please bear in mind that this is just based on my personal experiences with these products, and what works for me might not work for you, but if you normally find my reviews and recommendations helpful, there’s a good chance you will like all of these products as much as I do!

The damage to your purse is… £108.88 for 15 products! Now that’s not too shabby, is it? I know inflation has really hit the high street hard, but if you swap just one of these products for a high-end one, your total goes up by more than half! Imagine if I had listed everything from Chanel or Giorgio Armani… ouch!

Great picks! I love the sleek blushes, they remind me so much of the Nars ones – great dupes in my opinion! I also really want to try the Rimmel Apocalypse Lip Lacquers :) ♥

Ahh that Bourjois bronzing powder looks gorgeous, the packaging is so unusual. The Kate Moss Rimmel lipsticks are absolutely amazing, 03 is my most worn shade ever!

Hi Ysis I loved this video, such great reviews :) What is the nail varnish you are wearing in the video? It’s a lovely autumn shade- just what I’ve been on the lookout for.
