I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to choose a dress from ‘Max C London’, an independent fashion label that has attracted the interest of celebrities such as Mischa Barton and The Saturdays. After hours of browsing their website, I chose this jersey floral dress with a v-neck and bubble hemline.

What I love about it, is that it has a really flattering shape for those days when we are not feeling very model-esque. The combination of the gathered waist, the cross-over top and the bubble hemline helps to conceal that extra piece of pie (oopsie!) we may have had during out lunch break. I can see myself wearing this for a causal day of running errands and shopping, as it makes me feel comfy, but still quite feminine and young. The only problem is, I feel there is a huge amount of fabric on the bottom half, which can sometimes look a bit funny if seen from certain angles, so I paired it with a wide belt to hide some of the fabric under the belt. Problem solved!
