Inika Mineral Blush in ‘Peachy Keen’ (3g)*, £17 | Inika | Feelunique

Inika is a fairly new brand to me; I first heard of the brand in my April Glossybox, where I had the chance to try their lip liner and I was really impressed by it. The brand itself has an amazing and inspirational story behind it, which made me like Inika even more. It’s aimed at helping to educate other women to take control of their health by limiting the toxins they put into their bodies. All Inika products are 100% natural and carry the triple consumer guarantee: to be cruelty free; to be vegan; and to be halal. Now let’s get onto the actual product I’m reviewing today!

The Inika Mineral Blush is a soft textured loose mineral powder blush with really concentrated pigments. The shade I have is Peachy Keen, described as a warm peach shade for light and medium skin tones. On my skin it comes out as a soft peachy-pink shade, with subtle gold shimmer, which I absolutely adore! Instead of making me look like a glitter ball (like most shimmery blushes do), this one just leaves my skin looking glowy and illuminated. It saves me applying highlighter on my cheekbones, because it does a great job at highlighting as well.

This is a perfect colour for that natural flush with a bit of a shimmery twist! I’ve been reaching out for this blush constantly, and although I never like loose powders because I find them messy to work with, this one is surprisingly fuss-free. The pot is really sturdy, and when closed, the product is entirely sealed inside with no spillage whatsoever. I just have to make sure that my clumsy hands don’t drop this on the floor whilst the lid is open. Fingers crossed!

A litte note: I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the Dior Airflash Spray Foundation, which I’ve recently reviewed here, so within the next couple of weeks, I’ll be doing a tutorial on the different ways you can apply this foundation and which is my preferred way! I’m wearing it on the photos above, and Oh My God, I’m in love! Don’t forget to check my review HERE for more details about it :)
