NOTD: Green With Envy
This is the Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish in Green With Envy (#819). It claims to dry on your nails within 60 seconds of application, but to be honest, that is not what drew me to this varnish. It was the colour, a gorgeous duochrome metallic aqua/blue, which as you can see from the photos is very eye-catching.
I love the brush on this varnish; it’s much thicker than the usual nail varnish brush, which means it took me half the time to do my nails than with a traditional thinner brush. I applied 2 coats of this varnish and one clear top coat to preserve it’s shine. On my ring finger, I applied one coat of Rimmel’s Disco Ball, doesn’t it look gorgeous?
Even though there is nothing unusual about this nail varnish, I got quite a few compliments on my nails and I’m pleased with how gorgeous and true to what you see from outside the bottle, the colour turned out to be.
Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish in Green With Envy is available from most drugstores such as Boots and Superdrug for £3.69.
