The new kid on the block in the world of perfumes is the new Jimmy Choo Flash London Club Eau de Parfum. In true party style, Flash London Club is housed in a spangly silver glitter box with purple edges and the bottle is purple with a silver trim on the lid and the same glitter detailing as the outside box. It might not be very dainty or classy, but the glitter certainly captures the attention of the magpie inside me; it kind of reminds me of a disco ball!

The scent is citrussy with a bit of a floral backbone to it. I find it quite fresh, but not a daytime fresh – it has an interesting nocturnal aspect to it, but it’s not too musky or sweet. I probably wouldn’t have picked this up if I hadn’t smelled it beforehand, but oddly enough I found myself enjoying Jimmy Choo’s Flash London Club a lot, as it warmed up to my skin.

Jimmy Choo Flash London Club is available exclusively at World Duty Free Heathrow from 8 January until 27 January 2014, so if you’re around there, go and give it a whiff – you won’t be disappointed! If you can’t make it to Heathrow, Jimmy Choo Flash London Club will go on sale worldwide on 26 January 2014.
