The girls from Little Mix have partnered with Collection to bring out 4 makeup ranges that represent their own individual style. You can choose something vibrant like Jade, bold like Jesy, bronzed like Leigh-Anne or daring like Perrie; I was lucky enough to receive some items from Jesy’s range, which is super versatile, perfect for to take your makeup from day to night. Here’s what Jesy had to say about her makeup range:

“I love to experiment with edgy makeup looks. Big thick lashes are my trademark and the Volumising Mascara in my range really boosts your lashes and can be used with the Little Mix Liquid Liner for a really strong eye look. I love to stand out and my bold red lipstick really makes a statement.”

Here’s how I achieved this look using some of the products from Jesy’s range: using Jesy’s Trio Palette, I applied the shimmery bronze colour all over the lid with a flat eyeshadow brush, then with a clean blending brush I softened the edges and dragged the same eyeshadow further into the crease. I applied the light brown shade on the inner half of the lid and lined my bottom lash line with the dark brown eyeshadow.

I drew a fairly thick line on my top lash line with Jesy’s Rock It Liner in Metallic Gold, applied two coats of Jesy’s Volumising Full On Mascara, bronzed my cheekbones and temples with Jesy’s Bronze It! Bronzing Powder and to finish off the look, I applied Jesy’s Lipstick onto my lips, which is a bright orange-red colour. Et voilà!

This makeup look is a little bit out of my comfort zone, and not something I wear on a daily basis, but I think it’s absolutely perfect for Christmas parties! The gold eyeliner adds a beautiful festive touch to the look and the bright orange-red lipstick really brightened up my face! I could have done with a smile on the pictures, but I can never seem to smile properly when I’m wearing red lipstick – is anyone else like that? I feel like Chandler and his awkward smile on Friends whenever I have red lipstick on my lips! I’m such a weirdo.
