If you have a blog or a website of some sort, you’ve probably been a situation where someone asks you what’s your website address and you go through that awkward moment of testing your spelling ability whilst the other person tries to memorise or write it down on their phones – I’ve been there many a times! Now that London Fashion Week is going at full speed, if you are lucky enough to go to a few of the shows, this will most certainly happen to you. So with LFW in mind, Instant Print kindly offered to give me some blog business cards to make sure I make a good first impression with fellow bloggers, industry experts and other people I may meet at London Fashion Week; after all, you never know who you will meet, and you better be prepared!
I chose a simple design with my blog logo and contact information at the front and a plain hot pink back, but you can be as creative as you wish! I’m well pleased with the quality of the cards; there’s no pixelation and everything is aligned perfectly. Instant Print has some templates which you can use to to design your business cards, but if you’re feeling particularly brave and creative, you can ditch the template and create your own from scratch; just make sure everything is high resolution and you should be fine. I used their template just to make sure I had aligned everything correctly for printing.
The cards arrived exactly 2 days after I ordered, which was jolly good! As standard, all Instant Print products take one working day to produce and one working day to deliver; the packages are sent via DPD next day service, which in my opinion is the best courier company in the UK (I’ve ordered one too many ASOS dresses with DPD and they never fail!).
Overall I would thoroughly recommend Instant Print if you are thinking of getting some business cards for your blog or business; they print lots of other things as well, including flyers, leaflets and posters. Business cards prices start from as little as £3 for 100 standard cards, with an extra £4.99 for next day delivery (totally worth it!). Unfortunately, due to some personal stuff my plans of going to LFW have changed, but I’m sure I’ll have plenty more opportunities to whip them out in the near future :)
