Today’s outfit features the latest addition to my handbag collection; it’s the Dorothy Perkins Blush Rosette Quilt Crossbody bag. Lately I’ve been obsessed with quilted bags, and it’s so hard to find a reasonably priced one that doesn’t look cheap. This bag has superb quality; the material actually looks like it cost a lot of money! Added to that, it has the same style of the classic Chanel bag with two rings each side; that way, you can wear it shorter (over the shoulder) by doubling up the straps or wear it longer (crossbody) with a single strap. I honestly think £15 is a right bargain for this pretty bag!
I love the pale pink colour of this bag; it goes with everything! The big rosette at the front wasn’t something I was keen on, but it’s growing on me. I think it actually differentiates this bag from most quilted bags, which all look very similar.
What do you think of my new quilted bag? Is it something you would buy? I hope one day I can own one (or many!) of the the classic Chanel quilted bags, but until then, I’m pretty happy with my Dorothy Perkins one :)
