Sleek Blush By 3 Blush Palette (Review and Swatches)
Sleek Blush By 3 Blush Palette in ‘Lace’, £10 | Sleek
Ever since the launch I’ve been dying to get my hands on the Sleek Blush By 3 Blush Palette, but my local Superdrug doesn’t stock it. Boo! I hoped the urge to get it would go away, but with everyone and their mother blogging about this palette, the beauty community ruined my plans of resisting the temptation. So when I was in London last weekend I caved!
The good old ‘sleek’ looking packaging is always very appealing to my taste. I wish all of my eyeshadow and blush palettes were like this one: elegant, compact and sturdy. This palette comes with 3 blushes and is available in 5 shades. I chose ‘Lace’, which seemed to be the most popular amongst beauty bloggers.
Chantilly – Matte Orange / Peach
Guipure – Shimmery Peach / Coral
Crochet – Matte Pink / Coral
All three blushes are good sized and incredibly pigmented. The colour payoff is something I’ve only seen so far on MAC blushes! My favourite shade is ‘Crochet’. One tiny little swipe of my Real Techniques blush brush on it and I have enough product for one cheek. It gives me the most gorgeous and natural sun kissed look. If you want to see what it looks like on my face, I posted a picture a couple days ago here. ‘Guipure’ looks like a great blush/highlighter shade. I’ve not tried it yet, but I can’t wait. The only shade I don’t think will suit my skin tone is ‘Chantilly’, but for £10 for 3 blushes, I can live with that :-)
Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with this palette. I normally don’t like products that get a lot of hype, but this one is definitely worth the hype. One thing I would say is make sure you choose a palette that is most suitable for your skin tone. I have medium olive skin with yellow undertones, so ‘Lace’ worked great on my skin, but if you’re fair the colours may be a bit too intense.
Sleek Makeup Blush By 3 Blush Palette is available now from Sleek and Superdrug stores, priced at £10.
Au revoir!

Everything about these colours is right up my street and what a bargain. I tend to stick to higher end blushes, I am a NARS and Mac girl…but these look like a real gem I cant wait to pick some up x

I have to agree with you, Crochet looks to be like my favourite colour out of the three as well. I love corals of any sort! But all three shades are really pretty. I remember when they first came out I was really excited and I actually wanted to get the Lace palette, then I realised I couldn’t even get it (shipping and what not being so troublesome).

I think this blush looks amazing on you. However, on me, I doubt it, cause I’m very fair.

Yeah, that’s true. To be honest, I had to google ‘guipure’ because I didn’t know what it was :) xx

Oh no, whereabouts do you live? Maybe I can help (putting it in the post for you). Drop me an e-mail at ysis@lebeautygirl.com :) xx

Thanks, Teresa. I expected it would look at bit too intense on fair people. Maybe look at their other palettes to see if there’s anything to suit your skin tone :) xx
