Mini Haul & Mini Review: My First Ever Lush Purchase
Yesterday I went to Bath with my family and I spied with my little eyes this familiar shop in the corner that read ‘LUSH‘. I have heard and read great things about Lush, but I don’t live near any Lush shops, so I’ve never had the opportunity to go in the shop to try some of their products. Until now!
I was so overwhelmed with the amount of great things there that, ironically, I ended up with only 2 products, the Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel and the Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub.
They both have an AMAZING smell of bubblegum and the lip scrub is actually edible. You scrub it on your lips to get rid of any dry skin around the area, then you can either wash it or lick it off your lips. At first I was a bit sceptical about eating it, but now I completely understand why the girl at the till told me that more people come back to buy a refill of this because they’ve eaten it all than because they’ve used it all!
Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub
It tastes just like bubblegum and it leaves my lips feeling mega soft. I used a lip balm on my lips after I used the lip scrub just because my lips felt really delicate afterwards, so make sure your lips are well protected.
I was told that the Snow Fairy Shower Gel is their best selling Christmas products for girls. It’s pink, it smells so good and it has a bit of glitter, which you can see on the bottom of the bottle. Super cool!
Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel
I tried it tonight and it smells so good I almost wanted to eat it, but I wouldn’t advise doing that! After I dried myself I looked at my skin and a subtle tiny bit of glitter was left scattered all over my skin, which I absolutely loved. It just gives you a great glow all over and people won’t be able to tell it’s glitter, unless you tell them! :-)
I’m definitely going back for more Lush products, especially because their customer service was absolutely amazing. The people serving me were ever so friendly and nice, and they even gave me 2 bars of soap for free just because I said it was my first ever Lush purchase. How cool is that?!
Have you tried any of these Lush products? Let me know!
